The Press and Public Affairs Section manages

• the High Commission’s projects financed through its Challenge Fund for innovative, small-scale high-impact projects run by grass-roots in the areas of human rights, democracy and climate change
• larger scale projects in these fields funded by the Foreign Office in London
• the Chevening Scholarship and Fellowship schemes
