The UK Border Agency aims to offer a fair and professional service to all our customers. We welcome feedback that helps us to focus on where we need to improve.
The British High Commission, Ghana now processes applications for UK entry clearance for Cameroon, Central African Republic and Chad. If you have lodged your application through our office and have a query on its progress, decision or appeal, you should email the Correspondence Section in Accra at: accra.visa.corr@fco.gov.uk, quoting your visa reference number (if applicable).
If you have any comments, or are concerned about the standard of service you received at this office, please let us know. We investigate all complaints fully and will send you a reply within 20 working days.
