It has fostered environmental democracy through improved access to information, greater public participation in decision-making and better access to justice on environmental issues in Cameroon as well as DRC and Gabon. This is being achieved by working actively and transparently to inform and engage the civil society in environmental decision-making, so as to build a relationship of trust and confidence between governments and the citizens. |
